  • This isn’t a diet, it’s a Life Plan, and trying to force feed you liquified kale won’t get you results (and it tastes like sh*te). You can eat the food you want to eat and lose fat, so long as you’re in a caloric deficit. No restrictions, no fine print, just food you enjoy.
  • No one wants to tell you this, but honestly you could use up all your calories on pizza and crisps and you’d still lose fat if you were in a caloric deficit. Obviously stuffing your face full of sh*te isn’t great for your overall health though, and what’s the point in losing fat if you’re getting scurvy from lack of nutrients? 

Workouts (if you want them)

  • You don’t have to work out if you don’t want to, but if you do then there’s something for everyone.
  • Workout from home, with or without equipment, or smash it at the gym following step-by-step and follow-along video workouts.
  • Choose the days you workout (if you choose to workout) and get your body moving with Rachael doing either Ignite, Grhaft, Gym or steps.
