Delivery Information
I entered the wrong shipping address!
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information. If you've made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct information. If the order has been already dispatched, then an additional shipping cost will be required.
My order has gone missing!
If your order goes missing due to a mistake by us or our couriers, we will replace or refund it.
What is the order cut off time?
Any orders placed before 4pm will be shipped that day. Any orders placed after that time, on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being ordered unless it is on a weekend. Made to order items will be dispatched once they are completed, these will be carried out as a priority to help reduce any delays.
What is ‘Standard Delivery’?
We offer Express Delivery via EVRi, for items under 15kg in weight*. This service does not cover all the UK (Please see chart below for postcodes impacted). Standard Delivery can take between 3-5 working days. Cut off time for this service is 4pm.
What is ‘Express Delivery’?
We offer Express Delivery via Royal Mail, for items under 15kg in weight*. This service covers all the UK (Including NI). Express Delivery can take between 2-4 working days. Cut off time is 4pm for this service.
What is ‘Next Working Day Delivery’?
We offer Next Working Day Delivery via EVRi, for items under 15kg in weight*. This service does not cover all the UK (Please see table below for postcodes impacted). Cut off time is 4pm Monday – Thursday. Orders after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched for Next Working Day Delivery on the following Monday.

*If you are purchasing a clothing item, please allow extra time for production and delivery as some items are made to order in-house. If you're ordering another item with an item of clothing, these will be sent out together at the completed time. Everything will be done to ensure there is minimal delay in this process.
What is tracked shipping?
Tracked is just a tracking number to check where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered.
What are my shipping costs?
All information regarding delivery costs are displayed on the checkout page and are automatically calculated based on the size, weight and delivery destination of your order.
Clothing Items
Our new Team RH garments are a part of our made to order range and will be dispatched once the team have completed production. This may be 3-5days however, we aim to make this sooner where possible. If you have ordered additional products with your garments, please note, these will be delivered at the same time the garment is completed in production. If you wish for your additional items to be delivered sooner, please order separately or contact hello@teamrhfitness.com where we can apply additional shipping.
Free Shipping promotion
We currently offer FREE Standard shipping on any order over £40, for Mainland UK only. This will automatically be assigned to your basket. The value must be achieved after all promotional discount codes have been successfully applied. Other shipping services will continue to be available at their assigned prices, if a quicker service is required. This promotion can be used along with other promotions, and can be withdrawn at any time by Team RH.
Bank Holidays, Festive and Promotional Periods
Please note: Over bank holidays, festive and promotional periods, there will be a slight delay in shipping times. We aim to keep this delay as minimal as possible and priority will be given to Next Working Day Delivery services. If you have any queries about shipping over these periods, please contact hello@teamrhfitness.co.uk who will happily explain options.
Do you Ship to Northern Ireland?
Our current Express Delivery option via Royal Mail does cover Northern Ireland. There are no additional charges for this on our Express service. This has NOT been impacted by our recent change in overseas shipping.
International Shipping Information
Unfortunately, due to the current climate, we’ve had to temporarily suspend International Shipping. We were experiencing difficulties and delays, out of our control, with Customs in Ireland, which led to a negative shopping experience for our overseas customers. We are unable to specify when this may return and are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. There are third-party delivery companies still available, which many of our members have used instead, but please be aware that customs fees will still be applied using this service.
Click and Collect Update
In 2022 we suspended the Click and Collect service until further notice. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Our delivery options via Royal Mail and EVRi will run as normal.
