What you can eat on 2,000 calories:

The most important thing to takeaway from our Life Plan, is that you eat the food you love, we simply set the amount. We want our members to eat foods they actually enjoy, rather than restricting themselves, so we encourage leaving 20% of your daily calorie intake for some chocolate or cake.

Weight Loss Journey:

Here is an overview of Rachel weight loss over the course of 2 and a half years. At any point in your journey, you can reach out to our coaching team, via our app, and they'll help guide you through any plateaus or challenges you may be facing throughout.

"I originally joined the life plan a while before I got properly started, but I didn't follow the plan for long, then not at all. And my weight went up. May 2021 was when I decided to give it another go, reset all my info and started on 2200 calories, 15k steps and 6 workouts, later I dropped to 10k steps and 3 workouts a week so my calories dropped to 2000 - which I lost the main part of my weight on. Once the weight loss slowed I was told to try 1700 calories which is what I am still losing on now.

I have honestly learnt so much and I want to thank Richie and the whole team for making the most amazing life plan. "

Rachel's activity levels:

Rachel makes sure to hit 10,000 steps every day however, every individual is different, and we believe that a person's activity level should fit in with their own lifestyle. This allows her to eat her 2,000 calories but still operate in a sustainable caloric deficit, which is the key to the Life Plan.
